ORAL SURGERY

Oral surgery deals with a large number of operations for the resolution of as many clinical and pathological situations, such as extractions of erupted teeth, root remnants, teeth included or semi-included in the jaw bones, apicoectomies i.e. removal of the apex of teeth involved in inflammatory processes, removal of cysts and tumours of the oral cavity, pre-prosthetic surgery such as sinus elevations, i.e. elevations of the floor of the maxillary sinus using bone grafts or biomaterials, or bone reconstructive surgery.
